Use this simple guide to take accurate body measurements and find the size that fits you best.

A — Chest

Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your chest, making sure it goes under your arms. Keep the tape level and comfortably snug—not tight.

B — Length

Start measuring from the top of your shoulder (where the collar meets the shoulder seam) straight down to the bottom hem. Keep the tape vertical and close to your body without stretching it.

C — Sleeve

Measure from the shoulder seam along the outer side of your arm, down to your wrist. Follow the natural shape of your arm and avoid pulling the tape too tightly.
