Return and Exchange Policy
At Zirowear, we want you to shop with confidence and enjoy your purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied with your order, here’s how we’ll help.
1. Order Modification and Cancellation
You may modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
After 24 hours, modifications or cancellations may not be possible—please contact us promptly if you need to make changes.
Once your order has shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in the original packaging.
Items that are accessories, free gifts, or promotional items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Items purchased during flash sales or at a special discount may be non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
3. Handling Charges
For each successful return or exchange, a nominal handling charge of ₹200 will apply.
This fee covers the processing, inspection and restocking of returned items.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately upon delivery.
We strongly recommend you record a short video of the unboxing as proof for any claim.
We will assist you in arranging a replacement or refund promptly.
5. Refunds
For prepaid orders, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 7 business days of our receiving and inspecting the returned item.
For Cash On Delivery (COD) orders, a bank-transfer link or equivalent will be shared once we receive the item and confirm eligibility.
Refunds will exclude any handling charge, and shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong/damaged item).
6. Exchanges
Exchanges (for size, colour or style) are processed once the original item is returned and inspected.
The exchange process typically takes 10–12 business days from the date the item is picked up by our courier.
Each product can be exchanged only once.
7. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Please visit our Returns/Exchanges dashboard on the website and follow the instructions.
Once your request is approved, we’ll arrange a courier pickup from your address.
Pack the item securely in the original packaging along with any tags, and ship as instructed.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the refund or exchange accordingly.
